International Logistics Supplier's HQ 

Livv reduced client risk, improved employee experience, and ensured compliance of regulations were met for this London Group Executive HQ.



The headquarters is a home for the executives and wider senior group team – many of whom are regular travellers and infrequent users of the London HQ. The pre-existing workplace services were not meeting the required standards. Additionally, the PA support to the C-suite was lacking quality and flexibility. With no Facility Management expertise in their own teams there were potential statutory compliance risks and FM was a distraction from core business focus.


Compliance audit and recommendations report was conducted to identify any risks to the client. A fully integrated cross-trained Facility Management service was implemented, including cleaning, reception, M&E, workplace and PA services.



The client is able to focus on their core business, trusting Livv to take complete ownership for all their workplace experience and facility management needs.  Client risk was minimised, with legislative requirements met. Curated employee experience events were held to drive employee collaboration and occupancy. A hygienic working environment was implemented to support the wellbeing of client employees.
