Brenda Bellingan

My passion for people and appreciation of exceptional service, inspires me every day to engage with our teams and customers to go above and beyond the expectations.

I have worked in various workplace and front of house roles, across many different customer industries. My first role was actually part of the Network Team – Livv’s team of full-time cover employees that provide seamless pre-trained cover when our onsite employees are on holiday or unwell. After fifteen years of progression within Livv, I now look after multiple teams and customers myself.

I personally thrive creating engagement. And for me, nothing is more important than engaging with our people - creating happy, inclusive teams where everyone is valued, and have same opportunities I had myself to grow and develop. I also love working with our customers and their strategies, helping them use their workplace to engage with their employees and connect with local communities and charities.
